Accountabilities


  • Design and implement a holistic, data-driven performance management framework for catering operations and suppliers, ensuring alignment with the business plan and corporate strategy.
  • Develop and embed performance strategies, balanced scorecards, and benchmarking tools to enhance supplier accountability and optimize supplier performance.
  • Partner with Regional Catering Performance Managers to ensure they have the insights and tools needed for evidence-based supplier performance discussions.
  • Establish, optimize, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial performance, cost efficiency, quality standards, sustainability goals, safety protocols, and vendor compliance.
  • Leverage insights from performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend visibility across the full catering contract portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and accurate measurement of benefits/savings delivered through initiatives and partnerships.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of reports and insights focusing on safety performance, operational efficiencies, and financial performance, work closely with Data Analytics team to rollout and own a suite of reporting & visualisation dashboards.
  • Provide senior leadership with timely insights and regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and root cause analyses, to surface actionable recommendations to address operational bottlenecks.
  • Analyze daily output demand profiles across products and services, enabling efficient resource allocation and operational planning.
  • Initiate and support performance improvement projects, ensuring measurable impact on cost efficiency, service quality, and safety standards.
  • Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance catering performance, supplier governance, and operational resilience.


Education & Experience


  • Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant experience experience in performance management and data analysis. Preferred, industry experience of airline operations and or catering operations but not essential.
